I don't think the pilot seat is the right place for a founder to be.
A lot of people assume that when you want great talent, you need a hero. But, the best employees are actually those who are most consistent.
Pricing does more than influence how much money you make.
And if there is, it isn't a static place. If you ever reach it, there will undoubtedly be another hill to climb; another "dream job" to chase.
When you work with startups, you learn to expect anything. This makes for interesting work, but it's not for everyone.
